I really enjoyed my visit to chipotle yesterday. I have only had chipotle one other time, so when my husband and I decided on a whim to go there for lunch, and we were glad we did, they have very friendly staff, everything was clean and even at the time it was a little busy, we didnt wait long at all. Recommended, and we will be back thank you staff😊

The food was fresh and the portion sizes were pretty good, but the music was way too loud. I could not hear my husband and my husband could not hear me which is weird considering I am a very loud person. Also they only honor Law Enforcement if they are police and only in uniform which I don't agree with. I feel like all law enforcment is important and deserve the discount regardless of what type of law enforcement. My husband and I will not be eating at this Chipotle again.

It's too crowded and noisy. The tables are not clean, the area outside for seating is filthy, some of the people who work there are rude and many don't speak English so it is a challenge to order.
The food is and ok for price but not worth my time considering I have to clean the area to sit in and bring ear plugs just to drown out a little noise ....

Visited Chipotle on 9/24/17, order #333. Cashier needs to learn that there often is several people could be trying to place the order. There was three of us in our party. She started to ring up the order, repeated what I ordered after I told her that there was three people who are on my ticket. No one needs to be rushed. Ordered chips with guacamole, was charged for it and I had to tell her three times that I had not received it. Cashier was way to eager to get us off the line.

I've been critical of Chipotle because of portioning and customer service issues; however, over 2017, the quality service and large servings have been the norm this year. Thanks for the positive direction. I love your food and am again enjoying the experience of eating with you.
