Just called in for a quote...upbeat, positive, and efficient! Phone was answered by a person!
I called a couple of other agencies before and was greeted with recorded messages or choices to make to push another button just to leave a message and not get to speak to anyone DURING business hours!Great receptionist at Austin Insurance!

I would recommend Austin Insurance Agency to anyone looking for personal or business insurance. Austin Insurance Agency stands behind their slogan of protecting what matters most to you. I have dealt mostly with Brenda and she is always quick to respond to email or phone calls always going above and beyond the call of duty. We have used this agency for many years to insure our business and have been extremely pleased. Yearly, Brenda shops our insurance to ensure that we get the best price. Austin Insurance is the most professional and ethical company I have ever worked with. They are hard working professionals, but even more than that they are great people. I first tried to have my car insured by them, Shelby was honest in stating that we had a pretty good policy. After my initial experience with them I went back to them and insured my business and my non-profit insurance through thier agency. Brenda is quick and efficient and I never have to spend hours on the phone, and when I do go into thier agency I am always treated with kindness and superb customer service.

Austin Insurance Agency is the worst Insurance Agency out there. Talk about trying to get over on a 71 year old man. Pretty sad when confronted about the situation all they want to do is lie. Vanessa Rabon is just a awful person to lie about what she knows she said (very unprofessional and business like). When it comes to the owner Brenda WOW is all I can say, after speaking to Brenda about Vanessa's statements she in return says I am the one making the false statements and threatens to cancel the policy. Really Brenda you are the owner so you should already know there is a signed contract and you cannot cancel the current policy. NICE TRY AGAIN!!!! Now all the lies about the financial agency giving Vanessa personal information, I do not think so just like I told her she is misunderstood. Maybe if this is how you wanna treat your clients who pay you than maybe its time to go back to school to learn how to run a business properly.
For anybody who goes through them make sure they read you there notes after every phone call because there phone lines are not recorded and they tend to LIE!!!!!!!
