Very good coffee when I stopped in on a Tuesday when I first came to town and hadn't started my job yet. But now that I work M-F, it might as well not exist because it is closed evenings, Saturdays and Sundays. Would enjoy grabbing a bite and a coffee on the weekend.

One of very few coffee outlets in the city. Very nice counter person. No creamers to go??? No raw sugar to go???

The service is friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is nice and the food is delicious! The prices are very reasonable.

There aren't a lot of "mom & pop" establishments in Meridian, especially when one is in the mood for something consistently delicious. I've found that The Daily Grind has excellent coffee drinks, baked goods & an amazing lunch offering (and consistently so). They're not open on the weekends (the only drawback), but then, being only one of a few places that offers something other than pre-frozen, chain-resteraunt food-fare, these guys deserve a few days to rest.
