I just ordered at about 10:30...so,I make it home and it’s a piece of plastic or glove in my taco.I call and ask for a manager the girl gives him the phone and he says in the back ground “they gone have to wait”. This man leave me on hold for 15 mins and had no intention on coming to the phone. This is Taco Bell on north hills

Way too slow. It shouldn't take 20 minutes for me to get my food. Happens all the time at north hills location.

I just ordered an chicken burrito and beef quesoritto, however it's spelled. No other cars in drive through. Pull up to the window and pay. Eleven minutes later the apparent manager opens the wi Dow and said that'll be $5 something. I say I've already paid asks what I ordered and says you haven't paid.... After arguing with him for a minute the young employee who was prompt on taking my order and taking my payment comes up and tells the manager that I had indeed already paid. 2 minutes later I get my food with nobody in the drive through in front of me the entire time and no one inside the store.

The atmosphere and food are very good. You have to wait a little, but it isn't too noticable. I don't know why they didn't have sweet tea.They had a good mango tea in the drink machine though.

This place is garbage. Just up right, nasty.
Taco Bell is failing, no adequate lighting. It's like they don't want to be seen and for this very reason.
It's unprofessional. I rate it not even a 1 start really. Employees kissing in front of you in the kitchen? Come on.

#GARBAGE.
