Les Quinn always did a great job taking care of our insurance needs for many years. Very personable and professional with extensive knowledge of the insurance industry. Unfortunately the rates increased too.much this year, forcing us to look elsewhere. We can highly recommend the Clark Nielsen Agency.

I had auto insurance with them and home insurance, I always prepay for six months in advance. last month when I went to prepay my monthly cost went from $68 to $110 I had emailed them that day to see if they could look at it and be competitive and they said no . I had a fender bender back in January but otherwise have nothing on my record and my insurance doubled! So much for their commercials saying your rate wont go up from your first accident. So I quoted other companies and got a quote from progressive for $75. I cancelled my Insurance 9-27 and was still charged $110 on October 1st. I called to ask for a refund the next day and the lady said a check would be mailed a few business days later. Today (10/13/16) I called since I haven't seen anything. This lady told my it was sent out yesterday but then said it was deposited to my bank account? I told her I check my bank account every morning and I was not there. I told her I could sent over my bank statement and she kind of laughed? She treated me like I was an annoyance and said to call back Monday if I don't see anything. For an insurance company you think they would have better service. Very disappointing, I will be cancelling my home insurance soon as well. Very disappointing service especially when I was trying to support a local insurance company. If this were my business I would consider customer service classes for my employees.
