Beware this company promises !!!!!.They do not even come close to any promises they make when they take your house in their inventory. They charge 30% higher than everyone else and they don't deliver bookings The staff is rude and arrogant. How they stay in business is beyond me

Not only do they rent our place but we use them to rent other homes when we travel. We have owned a place in South Lake Tahoe for 20 years with a great view and 2 minutes from the ski lift. We had a few other management services rent it for us before we switched to Luxe. We never made a profit and it was always costing us. Luxe has been managing it for over a year now and it is never empty and we are tuning a profit. There was even one time that I had to leave my own place because they had it booked 6 months in advance. We have stayed at two other locations in California that they booked and we will never use a hotel again after the homes they booked for us. They are personal and incredible attention to detail. We have used Luxe every summer for the past four years, and have always enjoyed their services. Their website pictures and descriptions are always accurate, and placing the order is painfree. I've never had issues communicating with someone via email or telephone, and they seemed happy to answer all my questions. The properties themselves are always immaculate and clean. The ammenities CAN range from place to place, so be sure to ask before committing to a place. All in all, I would definitely recommend Luxe Properties for anyone looking to get away.

This place is Amazing! It was exactly what I expected..actually it was more. The house was beautiful and spotless it had everything you could possibly need. It was home away from home. The beds are amazing too. We had a great experience and will definitely be staying here again. I give this property 5 stars.

My family has stayed at a few different properties LUXE Vacation Homes manages in the desert and every time we rent from them we are extremely satisfied with their services and the luxury homes they manage. Every home has always been clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything we could need to have a great stay. This company goes above and beyond to create an amazing guest experience from their friendly and helpful reservationists, to their in-house concierge department. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know - we will be back for many years to come!
