Really hard to get an app sometimes. They lock you into a contract. Been a member for 4 years and if I quit I lose all of the massages I've saved up.

Gone to this location two times with my boyfriend. Each time I try to make sure everything money, therapist male or female excetra is arranged and both times there has been a change. After extensive back and forth somehow they always put the mistake on me. I have been a member for almost 2years and never have problems elsewhere. Positives: it is clean, the front desk is more professional than some other locations...I don't think hot towels are included bc they never ask whereas other locations automatically supply them. There is no couples massage room when you ask for a couples massage they just book you at the same time. The first time I went the therapist was horrible but this second time she was great and really friendly her name is Janet. My boyfriend hasn't found either therapist he's tried to be very good. All in all not the worst but not the best hence 3stars.
