Went to McDonald's first and waited 15 minutes before I asked for a refund. No apology. I though let me try BK. Got my coffee and food in under 3 minutes. Super fast service with a smile. Ty BK!

Food was tasty, and served hot. Was ready very quickly, the cashier "Mirna" was friendly, helpful and professional.

I went through the drive through tonight and ordered nuggets. The place was by no means poppin... it never really is. So maybe that explains the horrible cooked old nuggets?! Maybe they can go through their traing again to learn about the Food timers? Had to go back and ask for fresh ones and of course they had to "inspect" fine no biggie but for future reference, I understand spanish... be humble & sit down fry cook.

My mother and i went to this burger king and got a whopper jr meal and a whopper jr sandwich. I asked for no cheese and extra onion on the sandwich. I got a sandwich with cheese 1 tiny slice of onion and the bun was burnt black. I called them and recieved no answer called them again...no answer. Im thinking maybe i have the wrong number. I looked the number up online and that number is disconnected. Called the original number again and after 4 times total and 15 min of trying to contact this business someone answered. By this point my mother had just peeled the bun off and ate the patty because we didnt think we would get ahold of anyone. The women took my complaint and proceed to put me on hold for two minutes to come back and tell me they wouldnt do anything for me unless i brought all the food back. I explained to her that the meal was fine and i just needed the whopper jr replaced and that we ate the food but i had the burnt bun. She was so rude and wouldnt do anything unless i could bring the food back. I will never go back to this burger king because of the crappy customer service.
