Extreme run around when trying to cancel my membership. Absolutely ridiculous. I've literally been trying to cancel for the last three weeks and still have not head back.

The Cook Street one in Palm Desert is way better too.

Clean and not too packed! Love the vibe and the atmosphere. The staff is welcoming and helpful.
