I've filed claims twice in the nearly twenty years that I've been with Allstate. Both times their service has been fast and efficient. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my insurance needs.

Have been with All State for 20 years and just received a rate hike over over $300 for the year with no explanation via email or paper. I asked about revising our policy to help with that rate hike with no avail. Too bad that we will be looking elsewhere for auto and home insurance after so long with the company.

I can't believe how awfully Allstate would treat a 25 year customer. I will be removing every policy with this company.
