I frequent the Carraba's in Birmingham, and I assumed the location in Huntsville would be comparable. I was very disappointed with my visit to your Huntsville restaurant. The hostess was very pleasant and seated us quickly. However, the waitress left much to be desired. She did not put in our appetizer order, so we never received it. I ordered a water in addition to my soda, but I did not anticipate the gnat floating on top. When my salad came out my croutons were burnt, so I left them on the plate. The waitress was not good at refilling drinks as I noticed my drink was dry at several points during the meal as were the drinks of other tables around us. The food runner was very pleasant, and the rest of my meal was delicious, but then I made the mistake of going to the bathroom. It was clear it was not well attended. There was tissue everywhere, hair and urine on the toilet seat, and one toilet had not been flushed. I will not be patronizing this location again.

This place has decent Italian food. They are experienced with takeout, and that is what I normally do.

On this visit, they refused to accept a Bloomin Brands Cash Card because I used a coupon.

Tonight was good! Went to the Wine Dinner. Four courses, four wines. Learn to pair the right wine to your meal. Ambience was great. Service excellent.

Plates filled with perfect food. Definitely recommend the mashed potatoes and Tuscan grilled chicken. And they gave plenty of attention to their customers. Politeness adds to the experience.

Incredible service, interactive staff, gorgeous plates, and delicious food. Not enough words to fully describe how absolutely amazing the experience was. Would highly recommend!
