This is, hands-down, the best massage place I've ever been to. They have many different types of massage, and they are great at all of them. I've gone to them from problems ranging from simple stress to severe muscle strains and they've been able to help me each time. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Had alot of tension, trigger point, and numbness in my right arm and neck. Even had tpi(trigger points injections) which only worked for a week. Amazing experience after today. Much better feeling than steroid injections. After today my arm feels different. I'm guessing it possibly a pinched nerve. Either way it has been such a great treatment. Well definitely be going back. Thanks Refreshology!

Recently had my second 30-minute massage with Sara and I'm already booked for another in a few weeks. She has really helped a chronic SI-joint/glute issue. I start to feel better the same day as the massage and it lasts for weeks. Sara knows the right amount of pressure to apply and she provides helpful stretching tips to make the massage effects last longer. Thank you for helping me become pain-free, Sara! Also, the Refresh-ology office is a very clean and relaxing environment.
