Being allergic to pain, I was reticent to try shooting my skin with lasers, but Lena made it nearly painless. She has equipment that keeps the skin cool while the laser burns the hair out. She knows her craft, and was patient in explaining that she couldn't use the highest setting, because I have darker skin and the laser works by heating melanin, but she set it as high as she could and the process was painless.
