The service was very slow. There were 3 people in front of me, about 15 minutes minutes later, 1 went by. The chicken tasted good, but it was under seasoned, just like the fries. However, the biscuit that I got was AMAZING! My Pepsi had way too much water in it. It felt like I was tasting water with Pepsi syrup and some sugar. I was actually kind of scared to eat there because one time, me, my mom, & her boyfriend went into that same Bojangles. The night before we ate at Hibachi Japan & Grill and the sanitation rating was almost a B. So, when we went into that Bojangles, I was looking for a rating but I couldn't find one. So I told my moms boyfriend. When we got up to order, he asked "Where is y'all's sanitation rating." The cashier said that they did not have one. And I said "Every single restraunt in Greenville has a rating." Then we left.

One star is being generous! Horrible customer service and the food is nasty, cold sausage and a hard biscuit. This is the second time within 2 weeks that I needed to share with them about cold sausage and a hard biscuit. But, this time I had to get out my car from drive thru and go inside.
No apology offered from management. But, then again this is FAST NASTY FOOD so why would I expect and apology from an employee!

Fantastic Bojangles! Got a tailgate special the other weekend and we had to wait about 20 minutes cause they were quite busy. The extremely nice ladies then gave us tons of extra food to make up for the wait. Easily $25 worth of food. So glad we went to this Bojangles and not the other nearby one.

We arrived and found the line 20 people deep. We're not from the area so we figured we'd stand in line trying to find somewhere else to go while waiting... much to our surprise we were ordering within a few minutes. The woman who took our order was so happy and pleasant despite the number of people in line. Best cheesy biscuits ever.
