Roy Hopkins is my son's personal trainer. He taught my son proper nutrition to ensure him a healthier life style. My son running improved within two months. My son loves baseball and play for Wellcome Middle School. Roy is training him to become stronger and faster to prepare him for the upcoming 2017-2018 baseball season.

Professional gym with lots of equipment, tanning beds are always clean and hot. If you prefer a low key workout with not too many people this is your place... also 24 hr access by a code on the door makes it easy to come after work if you work late.

Awesome gym to go to! Plenty of equipment to choose from. Have any fitness questions? Owner is always there to answer them. Wanna be tan? They have tanning beds to get bronze throughout the year. Plenty of new upgrades! Need something healthy to drink or eat? Boom shakes and protein bars for days! Hands down best gym in Greenville
