My sister and I go every Tuesday. We are Stub Members so we get discounted prices. AMC has mad it affordable again to go to the movies! There is a seperate line if you are Stubs members and this line has always been shorter. It is well worth the $15.00 price! We have saved much more than that by joining. The place is clean. Staff has always been nice. Reclining seats have made it very comfortable. Its the highlight of my week! Thanks AMC!

Very well managed business. Went and had an issue with the projector and the manager refunded the ticket and if there was another movie showing we wanted to see could go see it as well. I was very pleased with how this was handled.

Oh my God! Where to start. They make it easy coming in because your candy and tickets at the same place! When you get to your Cinema, the seating is recliners! Best theater I've ever been in.

The theater is fantastic with the reclining chairs and the amount of space you get. Unfortunately, whoever runs this place can't seem to hire competent or even respectful employees. I've been here a grand total of one time and the cashier was rude as well as the ticket taker dude. It just seems like a bunch of teenagers are running the place, which to be fair is probably true, but it is a place that people go to be entertained and the employees should probably at least be kind.

I love the new additions. The seats are amazing. That being said, I pre-purchased tickets today for a movie and showed up 25 minutes early to pick them up but I was almost late to the show because it took almost 20 minutes to get to the the cashier. I understand that it's busy, but they need a kiosk desperately, or at the very least, a line dedicated to ticket sales.

Also, speaking of lines, what's with the one line for regular customers and one for "special" members. Everyone is paying good money for tickets, popcorn, etc. Making everyone else wait longer because someone who just walked in has a piece of plastic that says they go first is infuriating!

I'm looking forward to seeing how this theater looks when it's fully upgraded, and I fully intend to re-review at the time. I understand there are growing pains, but let's try not to forget customer service.

Also I would like to note on that point that the associates I have dealt with have all been wonderfully pleasant and that does help.

I will happily award 5 stars once the theater is fully upgraded and these issues are dealt with.
