Absolutely horrible customer service! After redirecting a scheduled pickup because the location was closed, upon arrival you have no cars?? What a joke! Leaving someone stranded in a city they have never been to with ZERO solution? That's unacceptable! If you tell someone you have a car, you should have it instead of jerking me around and making things more difficult. Enterprise has done NOTHING to recover my business and that makes you even more of a joke. No hotel or restaurant or any PROPER business would allow someone to just be STUCK with nothing and have no solution. Your customer service outright sucks! The average person having a bad experience will tell 8-10 people and someone who is really upset will take it to 20. Good luck as this goes viral and is shared with the world.

I reserved the vehicle online a couple of days before my trip. On the day of my trip I walked to the counter with all the information that was needed and received the keys to the vehicle in under 2 minutes. That is very fast service. The lady at the counter was very professional and greeted me with a smile. She was very friendly and fast at getting me the vehicle. When ever I take anymore trips or just need a vehicle for an occasion, Enterprise will be the company I use.

Love Enterprise- the only place that I will rent from! I rent every week for work and they are terrific at the Greenville NC airport location! Great customer service, flexible with my vehicle needs, and they keep me informed. I don't even use the other Enterprise locations in town because this one is the BEST!

I am always satisfied with the services that I received from the ladies at the airport. I am never disappointed, they are respectful, they know me by name and that is important. They are very professional, I love these ladies like my own children. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK LADIES!
