Daytona Beach ! This Station has been through every crisis; Hurricanes!Droughts!! We all shared hardships; there always available to residents . Anybody !!! that could take some pictures and plants , they are in need of an Upgrade; Help them look as good has the Buses. Beautify the inside of this Amazing Station. It was up and running back in my childhood day's.

Had to get bus from Jacksonville because Amtrak wasn't going into Fl because of H Irma first bus was full waited 5 hrs for later bus driver walked in circles before leaving2 hrs late nothing unusual about GH the seats were tiny seatmate was plastered against me extremely little leg room people screaming yelling and cursing. Could smell the restroom at front seats of bus arrived Orlando 4 hrs late at 7 p.m. on Amtrak would have arrived 10:30 a.m. price was more from Jax to Orlando than Amtrak from Raleigh NC to Orlando can get a sleeper for less than GH on same trip and far more comfortable

Not the way to travel. Only do it if u have no other option. Small crowded many unpleasant ppl n smells yuck. The driver WAS EXCELLENT!!! N CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL.

I have rode the greyhound twice in my life. This second experience being at the greyhound in Daytona beach was one of the worst experiences in my life
I arrived for my bus at 10 to leave at 10:45am
The bus did not come untill 2:35pm
The guy who was alone their at the station is very rude and disrespectful
He had no knowledge of where the bus was or how to get in contact with someone who knew
He kept repeating the bus is coming for literally 3 and a half hours
And picking movies from Netflix
after waiting an hour I decided to do some research with customer service and I was informed that the bus driver had quit on the spot
The same work and effort I put into finding the bus not only for myself but other riders as well he could have put in that same effort
The attendant was so ignorant and bothered that he refused to board my bags personally on the bus for baggage because I expressed my disappointment in a respectful behavior. The worst experience being at Daytona They need more caring genuine workers their who actual want and care about their job.
Accidents and delays happen but people like this is just sad

The place has gone to the dogs. Trying to ship a box or two out of here is a nightmare.. In the last two weeks I have meet up with two people who have no Idea how to ship anything.I went to drop off a box the girl had no clue how to ship anything. I had to drive an hour back home. I went back at 3 pm same girl was still there. She called her supervisor to walk her through it. I paid cash because they credit card machine was down, She put pay on delivery which I didn't notice the mistake on my way bill so my ebay customer had to pay to get one of her boxes a cost of $74.40. I paid her back so shipping this one box cost me $148.80 plus a loss of 5 hours of my time trying to get something simple accomplished. A woman named Vanessa said she would call and make things right. I never got a call. I shipped out another box this past weekend. Here we go again I stood there an hour while the guy with only two day on the job was left to the wolves. He had to have Vanessa talk him through the process many times over the phone.before they could get the credit card machine up and running. I would think the corporate office would at least monitor this poorly managed station.
