A 3-star hotel. Room faced ocean but "balcony" was about 6 inches. Initially "upgraded" to a cabana room which was pretty bad - barren and minimal. We requested a room in the main hotel and got it - room was OK but no refrigerator. Breakfast was good and there was a Starbucks on site. Steak restaurant was good but very expensive for the area and service was spotty. Hotel was clean and lobby was nice. Parking was expensive, especially valet service.

Got a great offseason rate, had an Ocean front room, high floor. Watched moonrise over water a night and sun in morning. Very nice promenade in front of hotel. Nice pool. Workout room decent size but too small for size of hotel and number of rooms. Very nice breakfast buffet about 23 dollars. Free for diamond members. Parking about 18 non valet, 27 for valet. Non valet parking lot is across the street. Property in good condition. On property restaurants. Town of Daytona a little dated. All in all a very nice experience. Ocean front or view room is worth extra price. Was on business and will consider staying there again.

Great location and accommodations but horrible customer service. Twice room service did not show up when requested. Called the front desk and was put on hold for 15 minutes. When asked, explained experience to hotel manager and was told that they would reduce my bill which never happened. Ended up being double billed at checkout and had to argue with a manager over two separate calls before they realized their error and corrected the problem. It really was a shame because I liked the property and travel with Hilton regularly for business, but I will most likely never return. I really wish I could leave a better review, but after trying to suggest that they work with employees to address this it didn't seem like they were too concerned so there you have it.

Very fancy resort hotel. Nice restaurants and close to ocean front. Was some elevator construction going on which smelled on each floor. Staff was friendly. They even had a kids zone area which was cool. Might try them out in the future.

Had a nice and clean room with half decent view of the ocean. Door slams from other patrons are very loud. If you're a light sleeper, slams from adjacent rooms will knock you right out of your skin. Rooms need better sound suppression or door cushions, otherwise very nice place. Easy walking distance to a variety of venues. Excellent breakfast program. The hotel has valet and off premises parking, both of which cost extra. What a strange concept, pay to park at a hotel?
