My husband and I went into the Conway store on Saturday morning just a little after 11:00 a.m. with a rather large order. I did not get the gentleman's name who waited on us, but he was very helpful, gracious, and kind. You are very fortunate to have such a good person working at that store. The only information I can give you is he was tall, African-American, and the info off the receipt. Host:#2 Register 09/09/17, Ordr#10, 11:11 AM, 20008. I didn't see anything on the receipt indicating his name. I wish I had gotten his name because he deserves to be rewarded for the quality service he rendered to us and it appeared he was helpful and concerned for all his customers that I observed him with.

This place was really good. I have eaten at some Chicken Expresses that were gross, this one was a pleasant surprise. Great establishment!

Great daily lunch specials and friendly staff. Choose bone-in or boneless chicken, either way, you can't go wrong. Fish here is also highly recommended and you need to try the cheesesticks! Previous issues with a long wait time seem to have been fixed now.
