I contacted this agency a little over a year ago. I had worked with Shawn before. He set me up with Taylor Watts. She has been by far the best agent I've had to deal with. She's always there when I need her and I'm extremely pleased with her prompt responses and kindness. Don't go anywhere else, just ask for Taylor and she'll do the rest.

Taylor Watts was helpful in everyway possible. We changed our home, auto, motorcycle, and even life insurance over to Allstate Ins. and saved money on each and every one of them. Taylor Watts is a professional sales person that knows what she's doing and is very good at it. She's top notch and can't be beat in my book. It's been a real pleasure doing business with her. I called Taylor Watts in a panic one day and needed some unexpected insurance. Starting my own business I have had to jump through hoops to be a contractor with some vendors and she was able to get the exact General Liability insurance I needed for my company. She was able to work with me and find what exactly my clients requested as well as what is best for my company. she does and amazing job and she cares about her clients. I have used this agency for my insurance needs for several years. Every experience has been positive. However, Taylor Watts goes above and beyond with each encounter I have had with her.
