I am always very careful about who I choose to learn from. I look for background, knowledge, skill, experience, and most importantly for good people.

Every instructor I've had at City Yoga has all of those qualities.

I was visiting family in Columbia and found City Yoga on Google. I attended a number of different clases and they were all great. The instructors are excellent and enabled me to make progress during my stay. I look forward to coming back to city Yoga on my next visit.

Excellent studio! The teachers are outstanding at City Yoga. They are highly trained and the classes are always engaging. The studio offers a class schedule with something for everyone. Try it, you'll be hooked and your body will thank you!
