First time to this salon and it was a great experience (which is not always the case when you try somewhere new)! Friendly stylists and a lovely relaxing atmosphere. I had balayage and a cut from Angeline and am delighted with it - plus Angeline offered all sorts of advice on everything from hair drying techniques to things to do on Cincinnati (I’m new to the area). Have already booked my next appointment and would definitely recommend.

Great people and atmosphere. The one who did my hair was very friendly and great. I got a haircut and color BUT the color did not show through much. I paid a lot of money to have my color barely be different.. The cut was great, though. Not sure if I'll go back because of that.

Seriously such a good salon! They couldn’t be friendlier and as a person who has had some bad salon experiences I can say that I’m never afraid when I go here. My hair looks amazing and all my friends who go there love it as well!

A friend recommended Benefit Salon for spray-tanning and I was very pleased with the professional way I was treated from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly and I loved the vibe of the salon. I look forward to going back again.

Benefits salon was recommended to me from a friend and I was so pleased with my first visit. Jaimie Torres did an amazing job with my partial highlights (brown hair with caramel highlights) and did an awesome job with my friend (blond, curly hair). She does a great and in depth consultation to find the right coloring. Other friends have used other professionals here and all come highly recommended as well. Pricing is so reasonable and the products they use are terrific. I will definitely be coming back!
