Lily was so sweet. She constantly made sure I was comfortable. The nail salon told me I had a 30 minute wait and offered to call the other salons they owned to see if it was shorter wait. Kindness and professionalism goes a long way. I will definitely make this a permanent place to get my nails and feet done.

The moment I opened the door I experienced a pleasant and professional environment. I had my sister with me who was not receiving service but she was treated as a paying customer. My nails were done great, but my pedicure was absolutely fabulous I have become a regular customer and will refer as many as I can. Thanks for making feel so special.

The Ambiance Nail Salon & Spa is the most elegant establishment in all of Cincinnati to get your nails done. They treat me with so much respect whenever I go. I have recommended this place to many friends and they couldn't agree more that this is the best Nail salon. You get such a good quality of nails for a reasonable price. Also the nail techs handle you with such grace. I wouldn't recommend going to any other nail salon except Ambiance Nail Salon & Spa in Hyde Park!!

I had such an amazing first experience at Ambiance! I showed up an hour before they closed, but they still made me feel wanted. The front desk ladies and my nail tech were so kind, and they upgraded my pedicure purely because I waited without complaint. I am so happy to make this my go-to spot.

The best and only place I will get my nails done! I always get the shellac manicure which usually lasts me for around 3 weeks before my nails get too long and I need to go back for more! The service is great! They always ask if your nails are to your liking after each step. And the hand massage/hot towel service at the end is just icing on the cake! I have recommended this place to all of my friends and they get hooked too!
