Was just in yesterday to open an account the branch manger really rubbed me the wrong way he came off kinda rude and made !e feel like a burden. I've banked here for years everyone use to be so nice and friendly not sure what's changed but it makes me not wanna come back at all

I have been with Chase Bank ever since I opened a new checking account as a senior in high school. I have always enjoyed my banking experiences with Chase, that is until I started coming to this downtown branch in Cincinnati. I suspect the issues at this location stem from the manager of the branch. He rubs me the wrong way every time I speak to him. Rude, condescending, and just straight up unpleasant. I HIGHLY recommend you head to the next closest branch for your banking needs.

It is worth noting that I will continue to be a Chase customer and I certainly don't think you should switch banks due to one bad guy. Just try to avoid this branch.

I have a business account here and could not ask for a friendlier or more professional and accommodating staff.

Like most Chase branches, this branch staff comprises of empty smiling faces instead of customer service.
