Room are very cute & cozy. The restaurant is very good, vegan options. The front desk is kinda strange to walk into & valet is never there. Other than that good place for price :)

Great place. This hotel is a true diamond in the rough. Of all the hotels I've been to across the country I'm surprised that one of my favorites is one in Kentucky. I will be short visit again in the very near future this is a great place to stay and the prices are excellent

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for a wedding. To our surprise the bed has been soiled with URINE by the previous guest and housekeeping just made the bed. That night my wife and I climbed into bed before we realized. This was probably one of the most disgusting things that has ever happened to me. I would give the hotel a zero, but they did give us a different room and decided to refund up the cost of the room after I called them 3 times. Still haven't see the refund, but they said they would.
**Update: We did receive the refund for our room, they provide us with two breakfast vouchers that morning, and upgraded us to a new room that night. Since this was posted the General Manager has written and called me to apologize. The manager of housekeeping said they would change their policies regarding housekeeping.

A gentleman met us at valet, and walked us inside to make sure we knew where to go. He was kind and polite. The front desk was also polite and got us through quickly. The room was modern and clean and had the normal things. There was also a tray full of interesting food items from the Cinci area (we did not purchase any). The room was mostly quiet--a little traffic noise and the normal doors and hallway talking from other guests. We attended a reception at The Madison and had a very convenient walk across the street.

This hotel was amazing! Perfect downtown location with affordable parking (garage or valet for only $2 more). The hotel itself is boutique style with very fancy rooms. Our room had two comfortable queen beds and a huge bathroom with double sinks and glass shower. Everything was very stylish and modern with velvet throws and floor to ceiling blackout curtains. We were also given free coffee tokens for the morning and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!
