Awesome place except for the extremely racist security guards. If your black they are friendly and helpful but if your white they treat you like a second class citizen. Extremely ghetto

First thing when I arrived a security guard was rude about parking. I informed her that I was sorry and it was my first time there. She rolled her eyes and in a huffy way told me where to go. I did inform the rewards desk about it. She seemed to know exactly whom I was referring to. Kinda makes you wonder why she would still be employed there if it's common knowledge that she is a jerk. Or at least why she would be put in a position to directly speak to guest. The lady at the rewards desk was the best thing about the entire experience. She made me feel very welcome. For that I thank her.she directed me to a place to swipe my card for a chance to win free play. I won some but the printer was out of paper and I never received a voucher. I proceeded to the poker room and sit down with my chips. Hours into my sitting I go all in and everyone started ranting about my black $100 chip and how it doesn't play at the tables. The dealer said I seen it and I meant to say something and give you change but I forgot. Several dealers and the cage had an opportunity to tell me the chips I had were unplayable. I made it very known that it was my first time at Jacks casino. I feel like this was the worst casino experience I have ever had. I worked at a casino and have been to others all over the United States and never have I been allowed to buy in with chips I couldn't play with. Several other rules in this casino were unbelievable and even the staff said it is the only casino in the US with those rules. Unfortunately the players were about the worst I've ever seen. So I probably will return as I am a part time pro. However if the experience continues to be bad especially from the staff I will be forced to take my business elsewhere. I haven't ever came home a winner and felt the way I did after this experience. If I had to label this casino with one word.......GHETTO hope you can do better next time so it's not my last time.

Loved this when it was horseshoe casino. It's exactly the same, except not run as well, you will notice it:

Dealers and pit bosses seem cocky, arrogant, and condescending...why???
Got approached by a hooker on the elevator...she followed me all the way to the craps table.
Josh, pit "boss" is a jerk, told me to "roll faster"? 2000 hours on craps tables, never heard this before?
He was a jerk about it.
