Rented a car at this location over this weekend as we were staying downtown and it was a better deal than at CVG airport. Small office, but the two employees were very nice and helpful. Allen, the manager, was extremely engaged, friendly, and gave us an option to upgrade. Great choice, we ended up with a new, clean Chrysler 300 for the weekend. They gave us options to drop the car off after hours on Saturday and leave the keys in the return box out front. In and out in under 15 minutes, with a better car than anticipated. As with most rentals, I thought we would wind up with some unexpected charges on the bill after we returned, but I received it today and it was exactly what we were told. I don't normally write reviews, but I think the record needed to be set straight after reading some of these other reviews. Thanks Allen! We will be back the next time we fly into Cincinnati.

i have been using this location for about a year now; I must say that the staff are very professional, the location is convenient and also the car that I have rented has been excellent.. Keep up the GREAT JOB!!

NEGATIVE stars.. This is the WORST rental car service.
I certainly read what other reviewers have said prior to renting but ignored as the location was convenient to me. This place have horrible unprofessional people whose only motive is to charge extra money citing illogical reasons.
I have taken a lot of cars on rent previously, so I am well aware of all the rules and charges. Every time I rented a car, I have prepaid all the fees & taxes, nothing was charged post drop-off; not to mention I return them in spic and span condition.
This time, I wanted a car for three days, Fri to Sun. I paid the fees online, then when I went to collect the car, there was just 1 car available for me.. So there's no chance of choosing from a fleet of cars. Last moment change would delay my plans, so I had no option but to take it. Firstly, the car was in terrible condition, the steering was so hard that I got cramps after driving a few hours. It was a pain driving that vehicle on a three day road trip. It was raining and then I see the wipers are not properly working and it made a weird sound each time it moved; so annoying.
On Sat when I asked them about the drop off on Sunday, they said there's no drop off on Sunday and they are going to charge for one extra day and take the car back only on Monday. I had to go to work on Monday, still I went ahead to oblige with their rules. I felt like being conned but was in no mood to argue with those unprofessional sales persons. Not only did they charge me for one extra day, they also added $12 late-fee.
This was my first and last time with Hertz and everyone should stay away from this particular Cincinnati location. Don't let this kind of terrible experience ruin a family vacation. Extremely dubious service.. STAY AWAY from it.

This is a great rental car location. Allen the manager is amazing and helps you from beginning to end. Cannot go wrong renting here!

Were over 30 minutes late to pick us up to take us to Hertz. Ended up having to get a ride there because they were "too busy". Got there and they had no customers. They pulled an SUV around with a flat tire and then took an hour to get us situated with another. Tried to downsize our rental. Took us an hour and a half total to get our car after we had arrived. Then gave us a dead key FOB, which is important with a proximity start key! Seriously. Go anywhere else.
