Had the worst experience dealing with Budget customer service on the phone. I spent 3 hours making and paying for the reservation on the phone. This was done to make sure that there would be no problems. When I went to pick up the car, I was told I was not eligible to rent a vehicle. I was told this after the three hours on the phone the week before and after I paid for the reservation. So after being rejected to rent, I was told it would be 7 days before I could get my 200$ refunded. I would recommend never paying for the reservation ahead of time. I was stranded on the weekend without transportation. Horrible business policies. If I could give negative stars I would have.

Had a great experience renting from Budget. The staff was very friendly, the reservation process, pick-up of rented vehicle, and drop-off all went very smoothly....no hassles or problems at all. Even if you need to extend on your original agreement, the staff are very friendly and courteous working with you on this. Great experience I had renting from Budget.
