Waitress Courtney s was very distant and horrible at her job like it was her first day and she was still in high school and did not care. The sizzling chicken was so far beyond cooked I slid it under the table when no one was looking and it's probably still there due to the amount of dirt I saw on the floor and the lack of service there of. I've enjoyed Applebee's at other locations many times but this location in Western Hills is appalling. I don't know what happened here but it needs to be fixed if they ever want my business again.

Hostess was rude and so was our waitress. Tablet on our table didn’t work. Didn’t get any silverware, had to ask the bartender for some. Food was fine, chicken tenders clearly microwaved. And there was a hair in my ranch. Disgusting!! Paid $40 all together, definitely not worth it. Didn’t leave a tip for obvious reasons. Night manager was sitting at the bar on his phone watching the colts play the titans the whole time we were in there. Music was deafening, my boyfriend had to move to sit next to me so he could hear me! My boyfriend also saw a male waiter take a shot during his shift. Literally still eating, I wish I could upload pictures for proof.

Well to start Courtney our waitress is Beautiful. She was polite and got our order right. She checked on us several times throughout the whole experience.

Wait staff was iffy, and the food has definitely been better in the past. You could hear someone in the kitchen screaming order numbers from across a rather full restaurant.
