We were traveling from FL to TN and back in 1 day. We finally made it to Chattenooga and needed to get out of the car. We were able to take a nice stroll around and are the most amazing food I've ever had. I ordered the pizza. It was the best pizza, hands down. I wouldnt mind being trapped in the car for 18 hours of that meant I could get more of that pizza!!

Great place for casual American good. Try the Pretzel Crusted Chicken. It is awesome. Also, they are a micro brewery and you can sample the beers for FREE. Carrot cake is amazing. Great location!!

I've been here numerous times and have never been disappointed!
We've had the southwestern pizza, fish and chips, nachos, ALL were amazing! I am also a huge fan of their local beer - they have so many varieties to choose from! This place is also dog friendly!!! :)

Big River Grille over the years has always been one of my favorite places to eat. Both locations. Tonight I ordered chicken tenders with fries to go at the downtown location. I open the box and the tenders look old and crusty. The fries were soggy. I feel like my meal was reheated 😔 I got the mac and chicken the other day and it was completely dry. I'm very upset with the quality of food lately. Hopefully something will change with the kitchen...

My daughter ate there on her way home from a weekend trip with church friends. She left her jacket on her chair and they were too far away, by the time she realized it, to turn around and get it. I called the manager and he was so nice and understanding. He gave the jacket to his marketing manager to be shipped from Chattanooga to Alabama. For this reason alone, as I have never eaten there, I give them 5 stars! Thank you for wonderful customer service!
