A great team of instructors who keep it fun and educational for the kids. They are energetic and enthusiastic about teaching the kids to be comfortable in and around the water. Kudos to the entire team! It's fun to watch them work and create a fun atmosphere for the kids to learn and be safe in the water.

We have been at Lone Mountain Gymnastics for the last nine months and 5 stars isn't enough. We love the coaches and how they interact with gymnast. They have the perfect balance of kindness and discipline and help your gymnast reach the goals they are trying to meet.

My kids do gymnastics and swimming at Lone Mountain. They really like their instructors and so do I. I am really impressed by the development in skills and confidence I have observed since my children started in their programs.

Both kids have taken swimming lessons and gymnastics at Lone Mountain and have loved it. Instructors are extremely helpful and friendly.

Excellent place for children to grow and develop! In the three years that my children have attended a wide variety of classes offered by LMG from preschool gymnastics and toddler swim classes to the team gymnastics I've never had a bad experience there! All three of my kids learned to swim there and are strong swimmers now. On our recent vacation they all did great in the open water due to the love of swimming that was encouraged there with the nonthreatening environment, warm water in the pool and shallow depth of the pool. The staff at the gym and pool area are always very professional, smiling, and ready to help. All of the instructors are excellent with children and helping children succeed is their goal. My kids love every minute we spend at LMG. Jeff and Suzie (the owners of the gym) are the nicest and most attentive people you would ever meet. They care about helping children reach their goals and it's very important for me as a parent.
