Always clean, fast, and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience here. They have a strong management presence and seem to always strive for a positive customer experience.

Hot garbage. Food is terrible. I don't understand how the chicken can taste as bland as I does.

I came in at 4:00 PM with a large order I needed at 7:00 AM for 35 employees at a local elementary school. I had no idea what I wanted. The manager was helpful and knowledgeable, I walked away feeling relieved and confident it would be ready on time (unlike some other restaurants I had used in the past). The next morning I arrived and the food was ready and hot! I decided I wanted another 12 cinnamon rolls and they accommodated me quickly. I was in and out in no time. Once I got to the school and set up the food and drink I realized the sleeve of cups I had been given for the coffee and juice was damaged. The cups were broken and stuck together, they were useless. I was alone at the set up so I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager. I explained the situation and asked if they could please bring me another sleeve. He said no problem and was here in about 10 min. The event was a huge success and the food was wonderful. Excellent customer service Bojangles, THANK YOU! Will definitely be using them again for future events (if the owner is reading this, give those folks a raise!! #10.10 )

Went inside. Service was fast, food was good. (I was the only one in there at 11:15 am) Staff was loud and kept talking to each other when taking my order. But I got to eat and enjoyed it.
