The food & Service is terrible !! My whole order was wrong and the day shift supervisor sucks !! He was mad because I didn't want that nasty ass food with the wrong order !! They need to fire staff

Great happy hour spot! They played awesome music at this location. Our server Krissy took good care of us.

I went there yesterday. The server was very nice.

I ordered a steak to be cooked medium. The steak had to be cooked over three times. The cook does not know what medium means. The first time it was well done. The second time it was medium well. The third time it was was almost raw.

I just took it home and re cooked it.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE 5 Points West Location!!!!!!

This was my first visit to Birmingham, AL and we wanted to get something to eat after practicing volleyball. Applebees was close so the group stopped there. They put several tables together for us and took our orders. The food, when served was very good. Our waiter was somewhat scarce during our meal though. Applebees is a nice place to eat at, I frequent them often.
