I love this building! It is classic Birmingham to me. The Christmas season is when I think the Regions Center really shines. If you are new to the area then you might not know that all four side of the building are lit up with Christmas decorations.

Now for a little history. Work began in 1968 and the building was completed in 1971. Originally the First National - Southern National building, later becoming the AM South building, and today it is the Regions Center or Regions Tower.
