So I left my wallet in the rental....it was closing time and as soon as I realized it I called but of course they were gone for the day! I felt confident that upon my return the following morning before opening time that I would be able to get my wallet back....Not So!! The car had been moved and cleaned....when the detail guy was contacted by phone he denied seeing my wallet and then had the nerve to say "so you saying I took it?!" I'm so outdone right now!!! Yes I left it and that was my fault but I should have been able to return before another person rented the car and got my wallet back!!!! I'm going to pursue this further! This detail guy WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH TAKING MY WALLET!! I'M VERY UPSET AND I'LL NEVER RENT ACER FROM HERTZ AGAIN!!!!!!!

The staff here are the best I've seen and really go the extra mile. Good selection of cars, convenient intown location. Definitely sign up for Hertz Gold!

I was two hours late for my reservation. The staff was awesome. I drove out within 10 minutes with a free upgrade. This was my best Hertz experience.

Great experience! The staff is courteous, professional, and really made the transaction painless. Ms. Austin and Ms. Jones were awesome in helping me get exactly the 🚗 I needed to accommodate my travels. I definitely recommend using Hertz for your next rental car experience.
