Guess I should be grateful they had a car. Reserved a luxury car and when I got there to pick it up was told the did not have one. They offered me a SUV or a Mustang. The biggest problem I have with this location - no effort in trying to resolve this issue. I could either take what was offered or go somewhere else. This location has no customer service at all. This is the first time I have ever had a complaint with a car rental location. Just take it or leave it attitude. What is the point of a reservation two weeks prior if there is no effort on Avis to make good the reservation?

Two stars because my first experience was great but my second time trying to rent a car was a complete disaster. I prepaid for a vehicle, went there, and they had no vehicles and said they were not going to get any today. After reading reviews it seems like this is common and I just lucked up the first time. I received no courtesy call. They basically said call the airport to see if they will honor the rate and when calling I would have to pay an extra $200. I just got a refund after speaking with a manager since they were initially going to charge a cancelation fee. I have already reached out to customer service and filed a formal complaint. No more Avis for me...

Called and asked about a hold policy for debit cards. Employees have no understanding of the corporate policies and no active listening skills. I was told "I'm not going to argue with you." It's not about arguing. You don't understand your policies. Corporate will be receiving notification about in ability to uphold legal terms and conditions.

In the past I have had issues with this location but I always used this Avis because I was able to leave my car there, unfortunately that is no longer the case. With all this, I have to say that this time I had a great experience. Everything went smooth and customer service was on point! Will continue to take my business here.
