EXCELLENT Customer Service!!! I wish all companies worked like Alamo. I had a few billing issues with my rental car out of the Miami airport location and was very unhappy with the misleading and unclear representative we dealt with. But, after speaking with Melissa and Michael in customer service, they reimbursed me and I can't express how happy I am for this kind of service! I will use Alamo again, but pay extremely close attention to the sales reps. that talk fast and ask questions before signing anything. Highly recommend Alamo!!

The worst...Do not rent from this location. I took an Uber to get there from Powder Springs . I made a reservation 2 weeks ago. Me and 3 others showed up and were told "We have no cars". We all asked if they
could at least help get cars from other locations and they said "No" none available. REALLY
The worst service I have ever received. Will never book with this location or ALAMO again

There is a white guy who will authorize my card with a $250 deposit, which is against Alamo policy. Everyone else there only authorizes $150. I avoid going there for that reason; because I never know who I'm going to get. Also, sometimes they don't have the cars they advertise. It's really bad to go to a car rental place and be told, "sorry we don't have any cars", even when you have a confirmed reservation. This is a humongous waste of time and can jepoardize your plans. This may be less bothersome if you're a vacation traveler. But if you're a business traveler with appointments to make; this location really, really sucks. Go to the Airport, it's MUCH, MUCH, MUCH better.

I have never had a problem at this location. I've rented from the Downtown and Airport Alamo locations for a year and I have to say the service is A1!!!! The difference between the downtown location and the airport is....customer service. I absolutely love that the downtown manager calls her customers to make sure everything is alright with their rental and to verify if they need anything else or not.
I also loved that when I rented a car in May of this year, the rep upgraded my car free of charge because there were no clean cars in my category on the lot.
I only wish they were open on the weekend like the airport is.....I'd rent from downtown more often.

I love this location and the people that work here. This was my first time renting with Alamo. I wish I could remember the two young ladies names who helped me but just know they were nice. Great customer service over the phone and in person. I had a reservation with another company but they gave me the run around because I was using a debit card. Alamo gave me a great weekly rate and treated me well. They saved my Father's Day trip to Va Beach.
