I stayed 3 nights in two bad rooms. At first they put me in a room on the eighth floor. The hot water for the shower was not working. The plumber who explained how to operate the shower explained that the building water pump was not powerful enough to effectively send warm water to the eighth floor. He suggested turning on the hot water at the hand basin while taking a shower to help the water pressure.... At 6:15am in the morning I was woken by a cleaner noisily hammering the floor near the nearby emergency exit door that was across the corridor.
I immediately called reception to ask them to stop. Later I insisted on changing room to one with better hot water pressure. They put me in a room on the fourth floor but the shower hot water pressure was just as bad. The air conditioner was not effective either. On its coolest setting, it was cooler than the street but not as cool as I prefer. In the morning there was a large puddle of water under the air-conditioned vent.
Breakfast is ok but their coffee is boiled and very bitter. I couldn't drink it. The dining tables were tiny. The location is walking distance to the Sarthon South BTS and river ferry port. There is a Robinson shopping mall and several cheap franchise restaurants nearby. The streets are busy with traffic. The hotel is next to a major highway. The hotel has a swimming pool, gym and sauna that I did not try. There is a smoking area outside on the ground floor. There is included WiFi.
I will not stay there again and do not recommend it to others.

Even though the hotel looks old it's really comfortable, rooms are nice and good quality beds. The staff is very kind, but nobody speaks English.

I went to this hotel this year september, I rated 5 stars cause this is my top 1 favorite hotel and I also love the star plush if you buy the plush for 1 it costs 400 baht.The breakfast was delicious and yummy, the pool shallowiest is 1.20 for kids deepest is 200cm the fifth day when I left to hotel to Singapore I cried in the airplane cause I wanted to visit again. I wish that I will come to this hotel again.☺

The room is cute with nice decorations but quit small. We can not walk to the night market after 9pm. Staffs are very nice
