If you cannot sleep on a hard as a floorboard bed, consider another hotel. The facility is clean but dated. There is no electrical outlet near the bed, so people who needs one to plug in a CPAP machine, say, should beware and bring an extension cord.. The hotel cannot provide one. I have to walk 15 minutes to buy one. The only outlet I can find is on the same circuit as the room lights. I ended up running the extension cord from the bathroom.

It's an old hotel with marble lobby. The15th floor just renovated, clean and modern. Staffs here are helpful but not friendly.

Lobby shashimi smell very strong. Unpleasant smell. Buffet breakfast not worth the value. Lobby staff is very helpful and multiple lingual skills. Room is ok. But the toilet smelly. Need to wash with with detergent or washing liquid. The smell if coming from the shower curtain. Room air cond is very cold.

I was very happy with the rooms. The people at the lobby and front desk were very helpful and approachable. The breakfast buffet was really good everyday. Wifi was a bit weak, by aside from that, I had a good experience. I was never disturbed while resting in my room, however, staff always found their time to keep it clean and fully stocked. Location is really good. If I ever do back to Taipei, this will be my first option.

They can speak English and Japanese very well.
Room is so clean. I had already requested about adjoining two room. They did. Even so crowded season.
Thank you so much. If I stay Taipei, I will stay here again.
