This hotel is really good and staff cannot do enough for you. Would go back here again without a doubt. Amenities here are good balcony over Atlantic, and waves breaking at night put you to sleep. Steep hills and weather nothing to do with hotel, as is mentioned in other reviews, trip adviser being the worst...in my opinion. One more thing people going full board and never going out we could hear them looking for fault at meal times, with difficulty i might add...really they should go out for a walk or something.

Absolutely fantastic for any person or family. Pool could do with a revamp. Otherwise splendid in all sectors of service.

Nice location spacious room with beautiful view.
Downside was They charge for safe and cattle.
We where in 18th floor. The best view ever but no lift to this floor. Lifts go up to 17th and you have to take stairs. We had to carry our luggage up the stairs as there is no bell boy in the hotel.

Food too much but excellent choice every morning and night lots and lots to eat. Air con in room totally useless better to sit out on balcony where it is cooler. Beautiful views of the sea and town. Staff excellent!! Pamper to your every need. Beds are solid could do with being a little softer. But hey ho we are English and like our home comforts. On the whole the positives out weigh the negatives. We are here for our 2nd trip and really enjoy it here it's so relaxing.
