Dependable Chinese restaurant. Nothing fancy, just a place when you want to know exactly what you are going to get.

Locals tend to call it best, though our experience is opposite. Tried Chinese cousine before in 30 countries and have an idea of what is supposed to taste like.
Plain, 3 times oversalted. Fried broccoli - not fried, not even boiled...almost raw + soy sauce = that's it.
Waiters also boiled and slow, not fast.
Expensive for Slovenia.
Avoid.
....though 99% says best evah, cheap cheap not tasty!

Food here is superb. I wonder how come they prepare the food so quickly and tasty. Sometimes the smell of onion prepared for basis of food is not welcomed nor pleasent.
