A good 4 star hotel, located in the very center of the city. Parking for extra payment available, good internet, friendly staff, but this place is very much overpriced for what it offers, there are much cheaper options for accommodation in Bratislava with the same quality.

Very nice people at the reception. Amazing spa with two saunas comfort zone. There are really nice views from spa, it's located on the top floor. Actually you don't need anything. Everything you need is offered there.

The staff were mmultiingual and very courteous. The breakfast was huge and delicious. The tuel to the historic district was immediately outside the front door!

Nice hotel in a good part of town. Only strange part was a 10-inch wide window that ran from counter to ceiling height in the bathroom. I think this was meant to give some natural light there, particularly by the mirror and sink, but it looked directly into the bedroom. Frosted glass, milk glass, or a shade of some sort would be nice for privacy.
