The smell of cigarette smoke inside the hotel room is unbearable for non smokers but the staff we encountered were all very polite. The location of the hotel is conveniently near the bus stop, MRT, local eateries and shopping centers.

Clean rooms and ok if you just want to spend the night. A km walk from paya lebar mrt.
