Really friendly people who work at front desk. They were willing to help as bet as they can. pool is nice and the beach is literally a couple steps away.

We stayed for 9 days and the cleaning service was not satisfactory at all! The Hotel was pretty..the Niche' was small n over priced. No Vegan choices and very small portions. Not too bad for breakfast. The place is pretty but too far away from everything except very close to the beach! No pool in this place you have to go to the Wind Chimes Hotel pool but it was pretty but small! Would only stay a day or 2 maybe..

We arrived early to find out my second reservation to extend our stay was not recorded despite me receiving a confirmation. Gustavo was very helpful and fixed the problem. The lobby and stairwell are tastefully decorated ; however, this was not carried to the room, 301. The view from the balcony is excellent - beach view. The room is small, but this is expected with boutique hotels. The white curtains looked old. The bathroom floor concrete grout was black. The shower walls need major scrubbing. One lamp shade was unsuccessfully put together with tape. The location is great - one can walk a few steps to a great beach; close to restaurants, coffee shops, 24hr convenience store, quiet and safe street. I would return to this hotel only if the rooms get a make over. If you want a great view, choose rooms 301 and 302.

Thank you for your gracious hospitality during our stay at your boutique hotel in February. We truly had the best time at your hotel. From the moment we walk through your lobby. We felt welcome. Joe front desk staff gave us a nice greeting, and the food and cocktails were delicious after our long flight from Pennsylvania. The room we had with a balcony and partial view of the ocean was lovely. Housekeeping did a nice job daily. Everyone was so nice.

We enjoyed the bar at your sister hotel for a complimentary sangria. We look forward to returning and bringing our husband and more friends with us in 2018. Thanks again for a lovely visit.
