Average room and rates. When we called we were not informed that there will be additional fee if we will go for the 1200pesos as 12hrs plus the regular rate that is 1800pesos when we called before checking in,arrived there and started transacting with them and were informed about the additional fee. Free breakfast is a cup of rice and 2pc meatloaf,
(or cud be spam,not sure.no option as well) not even unlimited coffee. Wifi signal is week,no cable on tv(tv is the old bulk ones,not flat screen),no heater. And seems that the room(the one we used) was not cleaned properly saw tissues in one drawer. In a tight budget this is nice but wont recommend highly to friends and family. Pictures are not true at all.

I stayed here for two weeks last year and really liked it. It was very affordable but still very clean with a decent bed and good air-conditioning. The bathroom was also great. The staff were very friendly and cooked nice food in the morning and offered lunch too. Had wifi on each floor and it worked reliably unlike the green hills Elan hotel which was more than double the rate and still made you pay more for wifi that didn't work most of the time. I'm an American and would recommend this place to those who are staying here in Manila for awhile.
