Nice hotel with nice rooms. There is opportunity to get a room with a balcony and a gorgeous view.
Rooms are nice and clean. Service is good.
But the breakfast is almost the same everyday day.

Rooms are large, clean and very modern. (And a great view!)
Staff was friendly and fast, food and breakfast we're good.
Good location where you have bars, restaurants and malls nearby.

The facilities are amazing, modern, cool, clean, good views, nice pool. The service completely opposite. 1 hour to get poor quality high priced food, missing plates because apparently it was just one person in the kitchen, a person that you then see outside chatting on the phone . Half an hour to get an incorrect bill. When you ask for the manager there was none in the hotel ... guess it was quite normal that the service was so bad.... I charged the meal to the room, but we didn't know we didn't know we didn't have a credit line since our room was fully payed. They call 3 times to charge us , passed a letter under the door, we couldn't cancel the bill because we were leaving to an event we were already late to because the time they took for the food and the bill. The second I was entering the hotel back, a girl stopped me and asked me to pay like if I was defaulting a million dollars when it was less that 40 ... asked for the manager again and guess what? Not here again and he was not coming back until Monday. I'm still waiting for an apology... I feel this is outrageous for a 4 stars hotel

Reception did not welcome us to the hotel, very few words were spoken. They did not explain where our elevators were located so we after trying two different locations we returned and were pointed to the right location after waiting in line again. They did not explain the elevators worked with the room key that only permits you to stop at your own floor.
On a different day I asked for some help with their printers for a boarding pass and they did not say hello, may I help you, I was waiting in front of them to look up and say Ill be with you soon. In spanish of course.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Stayed here for almost a week. Very spacious rooms, its almost like a semi suite, and the room deco is neither too little or too much, just right. The bed was extremely comfortable, and even the coffee maker in the room was not your standard nescafe pouches which was great. The staff were very friendly, although majority of them speak Spanish, however there are a few English speaking staff at the restaurant as well as at the reception. The fact that the Sheraton was within the same compound gave me the option of heading to one of Sheraton's restaurants whenever I felt like it.
