Staff stole clothing & management did nothing about it!

It's also an awful hotel, far from everything. Biggest regret of my visit to Muscat.

I have frequently visited Old Town Cafe which is the dine in of Pioneer Hotel. The food and hospitality is great. A very clean and professional atmosphere and a place you feel like spending time. I would fail in my duties if the staff is not commended for their friendly welcome. They are always with a smile and at your service. I wish them all the best. 5 stars are in order

Oman nationals are some of the friendliest people I have ever meet! Hotel is clean and comfortable.. food in restaurant was delicious

I have spent many, many nights at Pioneer over the last year - this lovely hotel is like my second home. The staff is fabulous, the management makes you feel welcomed and relaxed.
This hotel is EXCEPTIONALLY clean, nicely decorated/furnished and very well run. One notable item: the staff is consistent, the turnover is very low. They go out of their way to make you happy.
