Absolute stunning views. . . The food was average to above average... the tuning was cool but make sure you are facing a comfortable direction. It can make you feel a little sick

Great food for a great price and friendly service! A definite place to eat in Saipan! Oh and the view is nice too.

great ambience at dinner, awesome views all day.. food is tasty, and service is good. good eats as you rotate to see a 360 view!

This was a very unique dining experience. The floor moves, so you do literally get a 360 degree view of the surrounding area. The food is pretty good, too. I would recommend calling ahead to make reservations as they have limited seating available.
