Wow where to start. I was booked a spa day here to be taken care of and made beautiful, the day was going great until the end I had everything done and was feeling great. They were told to not tell me how much anything was by my partner but I wanted to get extras so I just paid for them at the end along with my voucher. I then leave and get a call telling me I needed to come back and pay more as they had stuffed up (after not checking before calling VERY unprofessional), I told them to ring my partner as I knew he wouldn't want me invovled. He went in and they were very rude saying he didn't pay the right amount implying it was his fault because THEY stuffed up he said he wanted to speak to the manager who was not there at the time .....convenient. She then called and left a message but he couldn't get a hold of her. I then book another appoinment assuming she was no longer worried about it but got a call the day before saying I had an overdue balance that I must pay. After she admitted to stuffing up and telling me 'the fact is you need to pay' the nerve of this woman and place. What happened to customer service? I strongly advise not going here I have never been so disrespected before after spending over $300 of their services I would NEVER go back you get better service at McDonalds, at least they know when they are wrong.

The place is very nicely set out and is very inviting. I've only had a wax there, and it was terrible. The wax was applied boiling hot, it was uneven, there was no music played so it was very awkward, and when i came out of the room, 3 beauticians including my waxer were huddled together talking- very unprofessional and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I also had to fill out a 2 page questionnaire about my skin, which wasn't even read before my appointment.
